  • Why is there a small selection of products?
    The small selection of genetics and products is due to the fact that I rigorously test everything before making it available on my website. This includes microbe products, nutrients, and genetics. With genetics, I only cross one line at a time, meaning one male and one female, or one female and one female. I do not believe in chucking pollen!
  • How long does it take for my order to ship?
    Currently, any order placed before 3 p.m. will ship out the same day. However, with rising demand, I may switch to shipping once a week to save time, money, and improve efficiency, allowing me to focus on developing new genetics. Shipping will always be a 2-3 day process from drop-off. Once you receive the confirmation email, your package should arrive within 3 days.
  • Can I contact you for any questions?
    Of course! I am here to help you. I want to see everyone become a better grower and believe we should all have top-tier products without breaking the bank. From starting practices to harvesting, feel free to reach out. No question is too dumb if you don't know the answer!
  • How often do you release new genetics?
    The frequency of releases depends on how the genetics work out. Sometimes, a promising creation may not turn out as expected, and it's best to start over. When regular seeds are released, an S1 version of that line usually follows within a year. This process is slow, involving extensive testing and studying. Please be patient; magic takes time!
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
